Refund Policy

Our refund, exchange, and cancellation policy for ticket purchases and consultation bookings.

At HUBBUB TICKETS LLC, we understand that plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or credits may be issued for tickets and services purchased through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction.

General Refund Eligibility

All ticket sales are considered final unless one of the specific conditions outlined below applies. Because tickets on the secondary market are time-sensitive and inventory-dependent, standard change-of-mind refund requests are not eligible after purchase confirmation.

Eligible refund conditions include:

  • The event is officially cancelled by the promoter or venue
  • The event is rescheduled and the customer cannot attend the new date
  • Tickets delivered are materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
  • Tickets are invalid or rejected at the venue due to an error on our part
  • A duplicate charge was made to your payment method

Refund Request Window

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date, or within 7 days of receiving official notification of an event cancellation or rescheduling — whichever is earlier. Requests submitted outside these windows will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business hours during operating hours and provide a resolution or request additional documentation within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Up to 10 business days

HUBBUB TICKETS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment provider.

Cancelled Events

If an event is officially cancelled by the promoter, venue, or performer, all customers who purchased tickets through HUBBUB TICKETS LLC will receive a full refund to their original payment method. Customers will be notified via the email address on file within 24 hours of our receiving official cancellation confirmation. No action is required from the customer — refunds will be initiated automatically.

Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled to a new date, your original tickets will remain valid for the updated date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund by contacting us within 7 days of receiving the rescheduling notification. Refund requests for rescheduled events submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.

Partial Lineup or Venue Changes

Changes to the supporting lineup, opening acts, stage times, or venue configuration that do not affect the headlining performer(s) or the fundamental nature of the event do not qualify for refunds. Tickets remain valid and refund requests on these grounds will not be approved.

Non-Eligible Refund Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase confirmation
  • Inability to attend due to personal circumstances (illness, travel conflicts, etc.)
  • Weather conditions that do not result in official event cancellation
  • Requests submitted outside the 30-day refund window
  • Tickets purchased for events that proceed as scheduled
  • Typographical errors in the customer's provided information (incorrect email, name, etc.)
  • Tickets that have been used, scanned, or presented at a venue

Consultation Booking Cancellations

Complimentary consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a waiting period before rescheduling is available.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid purchases may result in permanent restriction from future HUBBUB TICKETS LLC services. We are committed to resolving all legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
